Belated Presidents Day

I was eating breakfast with my 10-year old granddaughter and I asked her, "What day is tomorrow?"
She said, "It's President's Day!"
She's a smart kid so I asked her, "What does President's Day mean?"
I was waiting for something about Washington or Lincoln.  But she replied, "President's Day is when President Obama steps out of the White House and if he sees his shadow, we have another year of bull$#i+!"

…You know, it hurts when hot coffee spurts out your nose!

    1. DFW...I got it in an email but I hope my grandchildren are this smart (at least the younger ones) my oldest granddaughter swallowed Obama's lies hook, line and sinker and unfortunately old enough to vote.

The Marine is doing great. I am going to do a post soon that may benefit others. We have been lab rats this week!

    2. So many of our youngsters 'believe' all the crap pushed at them. My middle niece (18) seems to be an exception but time will tell. Hoping our younger niece (16) also follow suit but I have my doubt as she just copies her parents but easily influenced by other. She's not quite as level headed as the other one.
