I've cut open a few like that too, Mamma Bear. Maybe there's a full fledged invasion in the making! I just chop up the baby bell with the big one... mmm, tender!
Hey HB and Kelli... After grandson grabbed it and played with it and then he posed it for pictures....Didn't really need it for the stir fry....LOL
I have found the pepper in a pepper in some of our home grown, grandson had never seen such before and was amazed. You are right....they are tender little peppers.
